Kalani Lancaster,

Kalani Lancaster earned his Bachelor's in Music Education from the University of Indianapolis with an emphasis in percussion. He spent the four summers of his college years teaching at the Performing Arts Institute hosted by Lawrence Township. While pursuing his degree, Kalani gained additional teaching experience at Lawrence North High School, Hamilton Southeastern High School, Fishers High School, Belzer Middle School, and Fall Creek Valley Middle School.
Kalani is currently the Percussion Instructor at Lawrence North High School. He has the privilege of splitting his time between Lawrence North and its feeder school, Fall Creek Valley Middle School. Kalani is also the Music Director and Worship Leader of the Calvary Temple Assemblies of God youth group and children's ministry.
Justin Surface,

Justin Surface is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Mathematics. He has participated in band for 13 years, first as a percussionist. In 2001 he began his involvement in Color Guard, marching with the Pendleton Heights High School Winter Guard. Justin has furthered his guard experience teaching and choreographing at Lapel High School, Anderson High School, and Lawrence North High School.
Karen Cole,

Karen Cole has a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Illinois State University with an emphasis in percussion.
She has taught band for eleven years, five of them at Craig Middle School. She has taught and arranged for several high school drum lines in Illinois and Indiana, including the Lawrence North High School Regime and the Hamilton Southeastern High School Royal Command & Guard. Currently, Miss Cole works part-time as performing arts secretary at Lawrence North, assists the percussion section at Hamilton Southeastern HS for both marching and winter percussion seasons, and is music director at Amity United Methodist Church.
